Leather products serve for a long time, the main thing is to provide timely care: proper storage, drying, skin nutrition, etc. Please note that leather is a kind of live material, and for long—term use it needs to be taken care of. Therefore, in addition to quality assurance, we offer a variety of care services and tips for individual service of products purchased from us.

Some leather types do not fear water, but we still advise you to try not to wet your product. Even if the leather does not absorb moisture due to its characteristics, water can penetrate through seams or part joints. Well, if you still wet the product, do not panic. Remember that the leather should not be dried in an aggressive way, for example with a hair dryer or near a battery, in direct sunlight. The leather should dry out naturally in a well-ventilated area. If it is a bag, fill it with soft paper or cotton cloth to preserve the shape of the product. Since water dries the leather very much, after drying, use an agent to moisturize the surface.

If you actively use your product, try to moisturize it once a month. This will significantly extend the service life and help to preserve its appearance. Avoid severe deformation, leather holds the shape very well. If you have a bag and you want to avoid unnecessary folds and creases, store your product in a straightened out state. Under any circumstances do not crumple or fold it. Our packing box is ideal for storing your products.

Upon purchase of our products, you get the possibility of warranty service for a year. We will clean, moisturize and polish your product. We will replace the damaged or lost parts of the garment accessories. Delivery to our office is paid at your expense.

If, following the results of the inspection of your product, we find traces of severe mechanical damage, the repair is on a paid bsis and calculated individually. Do not hesitate and contact us at any time.
