Return Policy

We are sure that you will like our handmade products. But if for some reason you want to return your product, just contact us and return the product in the state you received it. You can return the product within 14 days after receipt. The return is made at your expense. Upon receipt of the parcel, we make an inspection, the product shall be in its original state. If the product meets all the standards, we will refund the reimburse you, withholding 50 percent of the product cost. This percentage covers the materials and time spent on your product.

What you should pay attention to:
- There should be no traces of wear on the product, such as stretched pockets, elongated holes, creases and pits, chafes, scratches, stains.
- If there are garment accessories on your product, there should be no fingerprints and traces of oxidation, scratches on it.
